Mindfulness Meditation

I am a certified Mindfulness Meditation Mentor and Teacher trained by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, with decades of experience sustaining my own mindfulness practice. It is not always easy. So it helps to have peers on the path!

Scientific evidence has finally caught up with 2,600 years of ancient Buddhist wisdom! Mindfulness Meditation is now a well-established, evidenced-based intervention for increasing both physical and mental health. This powerful practice builds physiological stamina and resilience in response to a world swirling with complexities that confuse and confound us all.

Even pausing for just a few minutes a day can increase our sense of equanimity and well-being amidst life’s “ten thousand joys and ten thousand sorrows.” I invite you to join me for any events that might support your own mindfulness and meditation practice.

Take a moment to practice a meditation break with me!

Private Meditation Coaching Session

Are you looking For Relief from stress and anxiety?

For many people, private meditation instruction is the best way to reduce stress and create more feelings of calm and wellbeing in their lives. In a private session, I can tailor the practice of meditation to your specific concerns and intentions, meeting you exactly where you are.

Even though you can never eliminate negative stressors in your life, you can learn strategies to regulate your nervous system in response to emotionally charged events, reduce the sense of urgency around particular stressors, and discover how to generate your own sense of calm and well-being.

Together we can discern what brings you the greatest benefits.

If have always held a desire to cultivate the benefits of meditation in your life, but have tried unsuccessfully to meditate in the past, don’t despair! There are no “failures!”

I invite you to schedule a free introductory half-hour session with me. We can connect, and YOU can decide if I might be the right fit for you! Contact Isabel to book a session:
