By learning how to facilitate SoulCollage® in community, you can empower others to grow and flourish into their full soul expression. And from that place of full expression, who knows what contributions you and your participants might be able to make to this world?
Come join a small group of participants for this five day, four night, in person SoulCollage® Facilitator Training! In-person Training is for those who want to experience the life-affirming connections that come from in-person encounters that deepen our practice within the SoulCollage® community.

How to Register
To reserve your place in the Facilitator Training, please read all three steps carefully:
Step One
Pay the $150 non-refundable deposit by clicking the “Pay Deposit” button below. I will follow-up with an email asking you to complete a brief Participant Profile Form that registers you with SoulCollage, Inc. Once you are registered with SoulCollage, Inc, I will reach out to schedule a one-to-one Zoom call to support you in arriving well-prepared for the Training.
Step Two
Pay the balance of $1,450 in full on or before midnight on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. If you are a renewing Facilitator, you are eligible for the $350 discount! Be sure to choose the “Returning Facilitators” cost option of $1,100.

Step Three - IMPORTANT!
Complete a Brief Participant Profile. As soon as I receive your non-refundable deposit, I will email you a link to your Participant Profile Form. You should fill this out immediately. It is a simple Google Form and it will ensure that you receive your Certificate of Completion from SoulCollage, Inc. Then, once I receive and review your completed Participant Profile, I will contact you to set up a one-to-one Zoom call to support you in completing the prerequisite steps in preparation for the Training.

The Facilitator Training will be held in a peaceful retreat setting at the Genesis Spiritual Life and Conference Center in Westfield, Massachusetts. Participants will leave prepared to share the powerful method of SoulCollage® with others who are longing to unlock their inner wisdom and intuition.
Set on nineteen scenic wooded acres in Westfield, Genesis is very close to Springfield, Massachusetts. Located only ten minutes off the Massachusetts Turnpike, it is forty minutes from Bradley International Airport in Hartford, Connecticut, and one hour, fifty minutes from Logan Airport in Boston.

The Genesis Spiritual Life and Conference Center (founded in 1976) offers hospitality and inclusiveness to people of all backgrounds, faiths, cultures, and spiritual paths. They are committed to hosting programs that foster holistic integration of body, mind and spirit. All rooms at Genesis are private with sink and mirror, although you will share a bathroom with a few others.
Genesis acknowledges the Waranoak Native Americans of the Algonquin Nation, who were the original custodians of the land in the sixteenth century. Genesis honors the Waranoak descendants still among us, and all Native Americans whose history is often forgotten and erased from modern American culture.
The grounds at Genesis offer peace and tranquility, an arboretum of wooded walks with trees over a hundred years old, a labyrinth, along with comfortable lodging and meals prepared on site.

Cost Breakdown and Benefits
Details about costs and Supplies that will be provided for you
The cost of the Training, including all food and accommodation is $1,600 for new Facilitators. I am offering a $350 discount for renewing Facilitators wishing to deepen their practice, network with kindred spirits, and update their skills!
The cost of $1,600 includes the Training fee, single room accommodations for four nights, five days and all twelve meals (includes tea, coffee, water, and healthy snacks each day).
Space in this Training is limited to create an intimate experience for all participants, so be sure to register early!

You are welcome to make partial payments towards the costs up until April 10, 2024, at which time the full amount is due.
For planning, packing, and travel: This Training includes access to all materials you need for use during the Training: a plethora of trimmed images, blank mat board cards, scissors, glue, glue dots, rulers, brayers and XActo knives. If you prefer to bring your own favorite card-making materials, including images or magazines — that is fine as well!
The Facilitator Training materials have recently been updated and expanded to reflect the most recent innovations, content, and resources. You will leave with lots of new practical ideas for working with individual clients and/ or offering workshops!
How to Prepare
You don’t need any special degrees or credentials to take this Training. However, all participants need to meet five requirements before attending the Training.

If you decide to sign up for this Training, please schedule time to complete these prerequisites. I have discovered that participants who have the most fulfilling experience at a Training arrive with a good working knowledge of the SoulCollage® method, supported by their own personal experience making cards and giving each card a voice.
If you want to receive the greatest return on your investment of time, money and energy, I invite you to gain as much practical and personal experience with your cards as you can!
All bodies, from all backgrounds, regardless of ethnicity, gender, race or sexual orientation are welcome!

Training Schedule
Arrival: Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 4pm.
Check in begins at 4pm with dinner at 6pm. Training begins promptly at 7pm.
Departure: Sunday, May 26, 2024 at 1pm.
Check-out of rooms after breakfast. Closing ceremonies from 9 to 1pm, including lunch.
Please Note: While this Training is designed to be deeply nourishing, it is not a retreat. It is fast-paced, and we cover a lot of territory in a relatively short period of time. The Training has been condensed to make it as affordable as possible, so every minute in sessions is essential.
Specifically, the Training comprises twenty-four hours of intensive instruction/ participation and includes some evening sessions. You must be on time and attend all sessions to receive your Certificate of Completion.
Please arrive well rested and prepared to learn. In the interest of your own self-care, you may want to build in some time after the Training for additional processing, integration, and rest.
What to expect at this Training
Three Card Reading and Journaling
By participating in this Training you will develop the skills needed to share the SoulCollage® process with others. You will learn how to prepare and offer a variety of workshops, create brave space to empower your participants, support others in their SoulCollage® readings, as well as how to promote your workshops and adapt them to the needs of different audiences/clientele.
You will explore business and ethical considerations, find out how to access the rich archive of information available to Facilitators on the new World of SoulCollage® (WOSC) platform, and how to advertise your workshops to an international audience. You will network with like-minded people in-person and leave the Training with the clarity, competence and inspiration to become part of a global community of over 5,000 Facilitators serving in the world at this time of great need.
Once you’ve completed the Training you will receive a certificate entitling you to call yourself a SoulCollage® Facilitator, and to use the SoulCollage® trademark and logo in the work you do with adult groups and individuals, as long as you do so accordance with the Principles of SoulCollage® and within your scope of practice.

Who Attends a Facilitator Training?
Participants in this transformative process come from many backgrounds and fields including teachers and other educators, social workers, art therapists, yoga instructors, mindfulness meditation teachers, writers, learning specialists, occupational therapists, coaches, professionals who work with survivors of domestic abuse, cancer, addiction and other traumas, those who volunteer with senior citizens, nurses, dream group leaders, scout leaders, and psychotherapists.
Other individuals are attracted to teaching and sharing this method because it builds connection to community in simple, playful and deeply profound ways. There is no right or wrong way to create SoulCollage® cards, and this freedom unlocks the creativity of “non-artists.” The direct experiential access to intuition, insight and personal transformation goes beyond words and into the realm of the imagery and dreams. Although this is not a SoulCollage® retreat, this Training will invite you to create cards and participate in shared activities in small groups that will deepen your own inner journey with your personal deck of SoulCollage® cards, and increase your capacity to wear two hats, that of the Facilitator and of the Participant.
Cancellations and Refunds
Last day to cancel for a refund (less non-refundable $150 deposit and administrative fees) is April 24, 2024. After that, no refund is given if you fail to attend or if you leave the event early.
COVID-19 Guidelines
As you know, COVID-19 is still present and easily transmissible. Genesis continues to follow strict safety and sanitizing protocols consistent with the CDC requirements and Massachusetts state guidelines.
Age Requirement
SoulCollage® was originally designed and evolved as an adult activity. Unless you are a licensed clinician or teacher working with children in schools or are under the direct supervision of teachers working within schools, SoulCollage® Facilitators are advised not to work with collage and emotional expression with children who are not their own children.
Disclaimers
Isabel reserves the right to cancel any Training for any reason. In the event of such cancellation, Isabel will send registrants a full refund of all monies paid within seven days of notification of cancellation, and accepts no additional liability for travel costs or other costs incurred.
Isabel is not liable should anyone contract Covid-19 during this Training; all necessary precautions will be taken to provide a safe environment as per the state health measures required at that time. All attendees will be required to sign a waiver agreeing not to attend the training sessions if they are ill, and to follow any safety measures required by the venue. Please take good care of yourselves before and during the Training.
Continuing Education Unit (CEU) certificates are not issued at this at this Training.
